Comics Spidey vs. Iron Man: What do you want?

What should happen to Spidey/Iron Man relations?

  • Spidey should beat 'em up good

  • They should shake hands and go there opposite ways

  • Keep good relations (like now)

Okay, at the end of Civil War, what do you want to see happen to the Spidey/Iron Man relationship? Personally, I want to see spidey kick iron man's butt and burn the iron spidey suit.

What do you guys think?

Yeah my choice was a shocker :down

....although I wouldn't be offended to learn that "Extremis" was driving Stark mad and at some point there's a reconciliation......just no more bloody "mentoring" and get Pete off the Avengers!!!

I voted for Spidey to kick his ass.

Still, Iron Man IS a hero, and it's easy to see where he's coming from in this war. I could see Spidey trouncing Stark, and then Stark apologizing to Peter for allowing him to go ahead with the public unmasking when he should have warned him or stopped him. Then I could see Peter telling Tony that he wants out of the Avengers, and they go their seperate ways.

That's my honest opinion on the matter.

Spider-Man really needs out of the avengers. He's a loner and not a team player. If he is unmasked, so be it. But atleast let him be unmasked alone.

I'd like to see Tony attempt to make amends, but with Peter having none of it, eventually turning his back on Tony completley.

actually now that Spidey is unmasked he needs Aunt May and MJ to be able to stay in Stark Tower for protection, so they will probably remain cool.

Agreed. This is basically what I see coming out of it. Though it depends on how Marvel takes the direction of the story. If you're reading the Iron Man title then you'll come to understand that there is something SERIOUSLY up with Tony Stark. Like, something bad.

But I ultimately see this relationship as something that COULD have been but, in the end, Spider-Man always works best with himself...and not having other heroes barking orders at him, etc.
