Comics Spidey's Secret ID block - Does it still work?

OK, i'm confused.
Everyone in the world was supposed to forget that Peter and Spidey were one and the same.
Except MJ and Kaine.

And the block makes it so that no-one can figure it out unless Peter reveals it to them like the Fantastic Four.
or the New Avengers (but that reveal was different for some reason...)

So how did Sasha, Anya and Aloysha figure it out?

Also, does Chamelion, Mysterio and Diablo know now too as well?

Aloha,
I think the way Dr. Strange explained it to Peter. Peter weakened the spell when he announced to the world that he had Spider-Man like powers like the rest of the city. This didn't break the spell it kind of put things back to normal so that anyone who puts two and two together can know his identity.Everyone has still forgotten that Peter unmasked as the one true Spider-Man however.
