I own the DVD so I don't feel the need to watch this. But I am sure I will put it on if nothing else it on tv or I am busy and just want something in the background

It wasn't a bad time to premiere it as they advertised it as the lead in to Nip/Tuck.

Plus most people watch tv on weekdays than on weekends, no? At least I and many people I know do; weekends are for going out to the cinema, the beach, the part, to visit friends, etc.

You think everything related to Superman Returns was done right, I really can't debate with you.

It's funny... you would think that the people who love the movie already have it on dvd and could watch it anytime they wanted to without commerical interruption.

I do have it on DVD too, but it's a different feeling I guess. Flipping through your channels then it's like "Oh hey, Superman Returns! I can definitely watch this!" I'm sure I'm not the only one

Is it my lack of upgrading to a state of the art audio system or are some of the sound effects, particularly of Superman flying, missing?

After my one hundred and umpteenth viewing of this film, I still can't get over the unintentional comedy of Lois Lane deadpanning that 'she doesn't need a savior'. GTFO!

Just watched it, and regardless of how I feel about the story, the sfx were still fantastic.

man i love this movie...just not lois lane...i always hated that lame character...superman need some more lines too...one of the greatest comic book movies though.
