Stan Lee talks X3 & speculates on the X-Future.

TOM ROTHMAN's holding those rights Hostage and we as fans need to save them!! :p :D

Bravo! That is a very accurate analogy.

not saying they would or should...but an x4 could be easily made....you could bring in havok and polaris to substitute for cyke and jean and have angel, colossus, kitty, and beast be the rest of the team....

or you could have cyke not be dead like people have sed cuz we didnt actually see him die...

yadda yadda yadda i believe theyll eventually make more movies...when who knows asks madame web

They NEEDED to have Angel in that interaction with Wolverine and Iceman, show him getting a uniform, and have him go into the final battle with the team, so he can be part of the X-Men, just like he really is.

Well Nell, Foster did confirm that some of that was filmed and him in the final battle was filmed. But Ratner in his lovely infinite wisdom decided to take out any stuff that could be good.

Like I said before I think an X4 should be done with the Apocalypse/Mr. Sinister storyline. But before any of that happens they need to get the rights away from Fox. Of course that could take about 4 or 5 years, but the wait will be worth it in my opinion.

This franchise/saga needs a director and writers who will give it the respect, love, and focus that it deserves. It does not need a studio who politically dictates what mutants should be in, who should be front and center because of popularity, and doesn't need to be ruined by a yes-man director and malicious liars of a writing team.

I haven't seen it before.

I doubt there will ever be an X-Men 4... and if there ever is, I'd be very weary about it.

There's WAY TOO MUCH that could go wrong with it. If a 4th movie were to be made, the filmmakers would be walking a very tight rope to keep the character arcs alive without resorting to cheese and making it too over the top to be taken seriously.

lol if theres an x4 id most likely strick it from the record since theres so many things done to the story in x3 that any way around it would be very tv serial esque. Not my thing.

For example: Alien Resurrection.

Any form of reviving any character arc will always be cheesy. You can bring back Cyclops without it being cheesy, you can bring back Mystique and Rogue without being cheesy, and so on and so forth.

I say in about 4 or 5 years try again and make sure Fox, Ratner, Penn, and Kinberg are nowhere near it.

That's exactly what has me concerned.

I'm not saying it's impossible to do.

I'm just saying it's going to be too easy for it to fall into the "cheese" category and cease to be taken seriously anymore, and I don't want that.

Anyone who will enjoy x4 is welcome. Id probably be moved onto iron man or something.

well i really want an X4...that would be really awesome if they did...and i would want Ratner to direct it.

So you want another 104 minute film with mindless action and no character development?
