I knew they wouldn't be able to resist taking a picture of just Browder and Black together. :o

new stargate in just a couple of weeks peops, and how cool an idea is.... spoiling

daniel being transformed into a Ori Prior

It'll be interesting to see how its done seeing as all the other priors weve seen be turned have been voluntary and if Daniel decides to of his own free will it had better be for a good reason because it wont make sense with his stance on the Ori last season.

I can see him become a Prior with him expecting to find out some info then at the right time turn on him & him expect to find a way back. Heck hes died so many times & he ascended at least once. Something like this will not be to crazy for Daniel. I am looking forward to seeing Daniel in Atlantis & then Jack is going later in the Season. Those will be awesome Episodes

According to the spoilers a little bit of Daniel will still be in there because he won't be as agressive as other Priors. I mean let's face it, we have always complained that the Ascended don't intervene, although they should. The Ori do intervene but go to far. Somewhere between these two approaches is what Daniel is looking for.

If Daniel becomes an Ori I have no doubt once so ever the Daniel we all know & love will be back

He is the only character that was in the movie that is still a regular on the show. It'd be sad to see him go but after 10 seasons I wouldn't be that surprised if they decide to kill him off permanently. Give his life in some huge fight against the Ori.

Nevah

I thought Michael said he loves Stargate & will do it as long as possible ? (he said something like this)

He needs to move on to Atlantis after SG1 :o

I bet once we see the ratings for the Episode Daniel visits Atlantis we will see more of him there

He did leave it once. Granted, I don't think it was his time. And Jonas was cute, but terribly boring.
Much like Mitchel. I can't bring myself to like Mitchel. I don't hate him either, I just... don't care about him. :)

They even show & interview our favorite General on the Set of the 200 Episode & nothing is given away but he does mention him also heading to Atlantis this year more then one time (something like this)

Zombies and Stargate.
What more can i ask for? :)

I loved Jonas, myself. I didn't find him boring at all. I did miss Jack and Daniel's banter, though.

me neither, but because daniel came back, they dumped his character right when he was starting to get interesting. With Nierti (the goauld) who was experimenting on him etc.

Yeah, I always wished the producers could find some way to get Corin Nemec back for a short arc that finally wrapped up Jonas' story, at the very least. It'd be even better if Langara were one of the worlds being threatened by the Ori's encroaching army this season. It's sad that all we got after Jonas' departure was that one episode where he was boning a goa'uld.

This season totally snuck up on me. I didn't even realize how close we were to July 14th until yesterday. This is gonna be a good couple of weeks, with Monk and Psych premiering this Friday, then the Stargates next Friday.

It'll be nice to have Stargate back on tv again, i'll have to see if Mitchell grows on me this season because throughout all of season 9 I didnt like him.

I wanted to like Mitchell, and I already liked Browder, but it felt like they watered him down a lot to appease the fans who would be angry if it seemed like Mitchell was trying to step into Jack's shoes too quickly.

I just was never a fan of Browder anyway, didnt like Farscape at all

Farscape's my favorite sci-fi series of all time. I'm glad they separated Mitchell's character from Crichton by a lot, but I do sometimes miss seeing Browder's character work everything out. He tends to just take the back seat in Stargate while Daniel or Carter figure things out, which I guess is the norm we're used to thanks to Jack. Even with Jack, though, we at least got to see him shine as the undisputed best, most experienced leader. I really wish they'd given Mitchell something more useful to excel at than piloting. Everything Mitchell does, there's someone else who does it better. He's smart enough to have memorized all of the SG-1 mission files, but the others already know those things because they lived them, and Mitchell doesn't seem like he'll be solving any puzzles anytime soon. They gave him the fighting angle with the Sodan, but Teal'c is undeniably the single best fighter on the team. They haven't mentioned that he's a particularly good shot, and his personality seems to grate on people's nerves more than endear them, so he's obviously no good for the diplomacy expert. He's just kind of... there.

He's not just there. He serves the all important role of eye-candy. Though Daniel does that better, too. :D

I think we all want to like Mitchell, there's just nothing to like about him yet. You know, the one thing that would really kick his character in the guts, would be to revive his maverick and goose complex, and put him back in the saddle of a 302, I mean honestly, that's how they introduced him into the series, as a badass fighter pilot, yet I don't think we've seen him fly anything yet. Nothing like a good dogfight, to make a character more interesting.
