I imagine Skarsgård is the Rebel recruitment scout?

Ep.11 Finally see "The Fondor" in all it's tricked-out glory - This is classic sci-fi "character" ship. There is no apparent sign of Luthen (code-named "Axis" by the ISB), by the time of R1, though does his ship not survive either?
