I think action movie wise, looking at all the martial artists films and the roles they have played in them, Steven segal by FAR has taken the least beatings.

whether this is a reflection of his rogue gallery or the fact that he plays really tough bastards is beyond me.

but based on this alone, in the movieverse, i'd give it to seagal.

What rouge gallery? The fat guy from "Out for Justice" or Tommy Lee Jones in "Under Siege"? I've never been impressed with any of his opponents. I never saw one of his enemies and said, "Man that guy looks tough, I wouldn't want to fight him!" Okay maybe once, in "Under Siege" some big black man, I don't think he was given any lines, Steven just shot him that was very disappointing. My money is on Jackie. He had my all time favorite fight scene in "Who am I?" on the roof top.
