The theme kinda reminds me of The Mighty Ducks...but I love how nostalgic it makes me feel.

Man now everyone is gonna have the Back to the Future jingle as a ringtone or something and I'm the only one I know who has it right now lol

heh my ringtone is this:
[YT]kbr069unkGA[/YT]

well the first 30 seconds of it ;)

Given that nothing has broken out box office wise apart from BP, I think RPO might do quite well on its OW.

I just realized that Olivia Cooke's real world character has the birthmark on her face like she does in the book how did I miss that lol then again for some reason it was more visible in the "Dreamer" trailer ;).

Im guessing if this does well we'll get Art3mis next.

Im avoiding reviews but any word on how good the 3D is, if it's good at all.

I don't usually see 3D movies, but this looks like it could be worth it.

I wouldn't be surprised if they edited it in earlier trailer but left it out in the later trailers

I just watched both back to back where it shows a close up of her face and she did have it in the one that used "Jump" but it looked far more subdued but in the "Dreamer" one it is more vibrant, anyways I am just glad she has it just another attention to detail the filmmakers did for this.

Love that Spielberg is coming out of his self-imposed retirement from blockbusters to show these young whippersnappers how it's done.

I'm wondering that too. Unfortunately the IMAX 3D showings at my theater are all the late ones

It was the London premiere tonight, Olivia Cooke is only 5'4, so either she is wearing monster heels or the Beard is shrinking! :wow: :woot:

Judging from the positive reactions online, it looks Spielberg has delivered a fun blockbuster.

Empire Magazine's view and rating -

Spielberg has seemingly done the impossible: balancing sugar-rush nostalgia with an involving story to create a pure, uncynical, cinematic ride that recaptures the magic of his early films.

4/5.

I haven't seen many movies this year in fact the last movie I saw was Black Panther but this may get me back in the Theatre.

Seeing this tonight, I'm so excited.
