Yeah a new job is a good chance for growth. While if my boss left I could most likely move up but even then I just want the heck out of there but moving up could maybe help me to get out of there but in less my boss leaves moving up is just about impossible. While its not so much that I am unthrilled with going back to school per say its just with how much work I have put into trying to find a job with zero success I fell like I have no option but to go to school has a way to change things up because just appling to different places over and over again was not working at all. Its just I fear that school will not even make a difference and that I will have just spent the money to go to school all for nothing and wasted money that I could use has I don't have make a lot of money in the first place. I hate thinking about the furture if I cant get out of there an am just forced to work there another like 30+ years I don't even want to like be alive then.
The thing that school has that applying for other entry level jobs, is you'll have a degree and most universities/colleges have internship programs so that you'll get in the door, make contacts and meet people.
Right now, all you are doing is putting resumes on a pile of how other many applications that businesses have. You have to be able to offer them more than just a body who pushes buttons.
