Fun fact... Hawaii has had an invasive species of frogs, the "coqui", on the islands for many years now. These frogs make such noise at night that those that have lived there forever are moving.

The coqui is a native Puerto Rican amphibian. Sooooo... Who is buying up the property the folks leaving the island are selling?

Puerto Ricans... Who are used to the sound and don't mind it.
