No rules being broken. This is just something that user made using clips from the videogame, concept art, etc. We're probably getting the Return to Krypton scene in about a month, with the release of the Superman Anthology on Blu-Ray.

Yeah, from what I understand, the whole sequence was completed VFX and all. I cannot wait to see it!
