SUPERNATURAL Season 8! - Part 1

And still revolting to some, apparently.

Revolting? :whatever:

The start of the series wasn't terrific, but it wasn't awful. It's continually gotten better since then, as well.

I made it to about episode 6 or 7, but I kind of tailed off after that. Didn't necessarily think it was bad, but it just wasn't holding my interest.

I still watch it but I know a lot of people gave up on it. I think it's gotten better since the mid season break but it still has not won over a lot of people like DarkSovereignty.

Geez, you make me feel like I just painted a target on my back or something lol. Note to self: don't bash revolution...

Revolution, revolting. The word play was too tempting.

Ben Edlund is leaving to go work on Revolution, it sucks, but Supernatural will do just fine without him. Too bad he never got to do his dinosaur episode.

That's stupid. I hope that show gets cancelled.

Alternatively, not watch it? I quit watching several shows that sucked and I don't bother reading or responding about them.

You're a rational adult. Well done.

Go hang out with the fangirls on twitter, I'm sure they'll love you.

I wasn't being entirely serious, so calm yourself.

It is a bit annoying though.

I'm not a hardcore fan of Revolution, but it's not revolting. It's an okay series that certainly has its moments, and while nothing special, it's not awful. I can still sit down and watch an episode just for the heck of it. I can't say that to about 90% of television.

I don't plan on watching it any time soon.

I wonder when the ninth season will premiere and what that will entail.

i didn't realize the CW had announced premiere dates.

The show has typically either premiered during the tail-end of September or beginning of October.

I do watch Revolution but I realize not everyone does, and at first I was going to quit because it was so bland but they finally saw the error of Lost and ditched the drawing out the plot device strategy to show us what did actually happen and it picked up dramatically. I just found it too funny to say someone didn't like Revolution felt it was revolting, which has a similar connotation to revolution.

It would be only the third time that the premiere date would be in October if that countdown link is correct.

It's the first day of October so it's not too much of a stretch.

It will have 23 episodes, Misha Collins will direct an episode and more Winchester back story.

EDIT: Also Castiel is a regular again.

Misha mentioned recently he MAY actually direct two episodes too.

So honestly how much longer can this show go? Heaven's doors have been closed, Angles are falling from the sky, dogs & cats living together. Mass Hysteria!!

2 more seasons at most. That is if they drag out this story line.
