i was just thinking did linderman know that nathan would be killed and sylar would take his place i dont think so. i just think that the painting of nathan in office may have been the last painting he got

it could be who knows i dont think so but it jumped into my mind real quick but how would sylar benifit him

maybe linderman isnt even alive anymore maybe sylar killed linderman

i also wondered when sylar killed natham becuase nathan said i can fly thats hardley dangerous and only nathan would think that also why would sylar want to kill all the heroes he would want their powers...

it's anybody's guess about sylar and linderman....but i'm sure that if sylar found a way to kill and impersonate the president (whether he did it before the election or not) i'm sure he'd find a way to get the powers he wanted from those being exterminated. he's a resourceful fellow....

Well, Sylar said he had enough powers (?)

I think that maybe Linderman could convince Sylar to help him in exchange for more powers. He could give him Candace and Nathan and say now you do your part.

Also Sylar's motivation isn't getting all the powers. It's being special. Acquiring the other's powers is just a byproduct of his actions. By killing all super powered people or at least removing their powers, Sylar becomes special by being the only one.

What we saw was a possible future. the future with Nathan in the White House will be the real future. Sylar's painting depicted a distorted, grotesque future. That's the one we saw the other night.

the only way it looks nathan is getting in the white house is if the bomb goes off i think that nathan in the white house was the last photo that issac sold to linderman and then after killing issac. sylar painted the new future

Possibly he did paint it but maybe it could still change.

I dont think it was. i think Linderman really does believe a better future will come out of the bom, and I dont think Linderman would view what Hiro saw as a better future. I just dont see how that would help him.

The bomb was about creating a better future for the whole of the world. What we saw was a very narrow example of post-apocalyptica in a small area.

I'm not talking about the way New York looked. Obviously the whole world wasn't like that. I'm talking about the way "mutants" were being hunted down by the government like animals.
