"F" this movie

To be fair, this was done very far back

It's pretty ****y, but it's only a promo poster. There usually isn't much to it.

Awful. Garbage. Slap in the face reused crap. If this is an indication of what the production and process this movie is taking, we're in trouble, early poster or not.

Garbage.

ok, it is kinda re-useing the same look of the original (especially with the uses of the same font)

thou, if the thinner, black, webbing, pattern is an induction of what the new suit may looks like... I am kinda happy....

Exactly my thoughts too :csad:

Indeed! The poster is ****, honestly. I dont know where to begin.

It's just a placeholder, the official logo and stuff propably haven't even been finished yet even started on, same with the Men In Black 3 poster.

Like I said in the other topic, until I see this poster on some kind of official website, I have no reason to believe it isn't fan-made.

really? cause i've never seen it before nor have alot of other ppl but whatev.

It was also announced way back when when Sony was releasing information on their other movies that were set to be made, such as Smurfs and Men in Black 3. Don't get too uptight with that "poster" though, because for sure we will never see that on a magazine or inside/outside a theatre; it'll be changed. That was just made to get some hype over the film because they had yet to find any cast members and only had Marc Webb signed as the director.

.......it's a teaser poster from way back, so early in pre-pre-production that they probably don't even have a design for the new movie's promotional material yet.

Nobody like fanboys to leap to conclusions at the drop of a hat :whatever:

I honestly don't know what people were expecting. Garfield in costume with the villain already in the background? The damn movie is still far away.

Ninja skills aren't everything Splinter taught them.

I guess maybe we're expecting a little more liike maybe a sillouhuette of Spidey on the rooftops or of him swinging the New York skyline. The way the teaser poster looks now is better suited for the cover of a new video game.

Schlosser is probably right. This is just something temporary until they can come up with the new design of the font. It's in the stages of pre production still. It's probably something that's quick to put up in the production offices and departments that are working on the film.

Calm the **** down people.

For some reason this reminds me of "The Spectacular Spider-Man" series.

Agreed. It's just an announcement poster. No big deal.

Guys, it was on comicbookmovie earlier, I would bet money that it's fake.

I see your point I'm not like that. But it still grates my skin to think if this film is any way associated with Raimi's films, font, actors, bruce campbell, etc, etc.... I'm going to flippin' lose it.

I want no association whatsoever in the name of the father, son, and holy ghost.

None. Zip. I want fresh, inventive, new. 'Nuff Said.
