TED (Seth MacFarlane / Mark Wahlberg / Mila Kunis)

its an original r rated comedy with a teddy bear.

i have to ask this. if the exact movie was written and directed by an unknown would it get so much hate? i think not.

I laughed several times.Hopefully the final product will be as funny as the trailer.

I have to agree. Seth Mcfarlane seems to be pretty polarizing. Seems either you think he's a comic genius or you think he's a hack.

I wouldn't say he is a genuis... but no one can deny his amazing amount of talent.

This trailer had me laughing, so its all looking good.

People started hating on MacFarlane when Family Guy went from a cult hit to mainstream success. The same people who trash MacFarlane now are the same ones who 10 years ago thought he was better than Matt Groening.

^^^

Pretty much but that's not all wrong either.

The quality of family guy has gone downhill. I think even mcfarlane has almost admitted this. The problem is especially with this trailer is that the comedy is so full of itself, all the jokes are pretty much derivatives of other jokes with the real punch line being that its a toy bear saying them now.

Basically the bear is Brian, Stewie, Roger, Tim the Bear, Rallo, and Klaus. That character who shouldn't act like a normal adult person, but does.

Anyone see the symbol of the teddy bear representing the immaturity men must put behind them before they start a family?

People just write it off as random vulgarity but I think there's actually a slight message.

I think there'll definitely be a message and I think this movie will be a little deeper than everyone thinks it will. I think it looks pretty funny, the bear looks hilarious and I love seeing Mark Wahlberg in these types of comedies where he just goes all out.

Put me in the camp of people who find Wahlberg funny.

It's been on 10 seasons. Every show takes a a dip in quality after that long.

Of course it will. As usual tho, you have idiots on YouTube judging the entire thing by the trailer as if the movie is nothing but the bear saying **** and humping a cash register for two hours.

Same here. He was funny in The Other Guys as well.

Absolute bull ****. Maybe some of the younger kids online may have done that but I never liked his comedy from the start so don't start saying everyone who trashes him now used to love him when he was "cool" and the show was still a cult hit.

I actually look down on a few of my friends that praise him all the time. His humour is just trash and always has been.

You look down on them for finding something funny... that you don't?

People like different things. It makes you no better than them.

I admit it, I laughed a little. I think it could be good, but the problem is that I doubt that MacFarlane could put enough heart into the movie, which his shows doesn't really have.

I Hope you're right. I just don't want MacFarlane taking the road of the Farley bros. and making comedies that tries too hard for laughs and forget any emotional depth or heart.

I don't think I'm better than them. Maybe I should have said it makes me want to face palm rather then look down on them.

Ted Greenband Trailer

my god that end fight scene had me rolling

It looks funny!

And maybe it has heart too, that would take it to the next level!
