Soul Calibur is going to be a movie.

Daniel Cudmore is apparently going to play Jack

Tekken was announced a while back. Seeing as how it's somewhat a tad more realistic, it could work. So long as they make all the characters their correct nationalities.

There was a movie called The Avenging Fist that had a very Tekken feel to it. I heard at one point it was going to be a Tekken movie, but got changed a long the way.

There was a Tekken anime, and it was crap. I don't see a live action version faring that well either.

hell yeah that looks like Hwoarang! but the other guy looks just as much like Jin as any other asian guy.

and who cares if all the characters are their "correct" nationalities? as long as they don't go as far as making like, King black, or Eddie or Xyiaou (sp?) white or something like that. actually, i guess i see your point. nevermind.

they should get this guy (from Shaolin Soccer) to play Law.

^Trust me, it matters. Though the only ones that really care about that are asian people themselves and guys dating asian chicks(like yours truly :o).

He's certainly large and wooden enough to play Jack.

I think Tekken has a better plot to play with than Soul Calibur, but we shall see I guess. I expect both to own the Dead or Alive movie.

I think two are cgi-based, but I don't know anything about Tekken, so I'm not sure.

Because it's IMDB, the least reliable movie site on the internet until after a movie is released.

And Kuma and Panda are the same characters with different skins (grizzly vs. panda bear).

Let's hope they dont make a Tekken movie, or a Soul Calibur movie.
    Terrible thing to do.

    We all saw Street Fighter.

^There was never a story with Street Fighter. Tekken is always about a tournament, and the characters aren't as goofy....most of them, anyway.

It would only get goofy of they put Alex, Roger, and Gon in the movie.

    Mark Dacascos is Kazuya.
I would say Jin, but since he's so old now, he can be the baby daddy.

Well, the play as the same character, with the same style, but in terms of personalities they're two very different characters with their own storyline. Panda ties in with ling, and Kuma with Heihachi/Paul.
