Okay, let's be honest, that looks badass.t:
It would if Arnold wasn't horribly photoshopped to fit the skeleton frame.

I keep tellin folks... There's more to this film. The Connor twist is nothing.
And that's one of the film's problems. It looks convoluted and confusing as hell. Based on the trailers, there's no focus to this film. I don't even think the marketing team knows wtf to do.
Paramount Japan uploaded five TV spots to their Youtube channel.

The first video they uploaded has a quick shot of the punks in 1984. Maybe it's a fanboy thing to complain about but I wonder why they gave the Shao Kahn punk a mohawk, which the character didn't have in the original.

The third spot hasDyson talking about CyberDyne "revolutionizing technology with the ultimate killer app, Genisys".
That, and that bit was kind of lame to begin with and they seem to think it's awesome.
Looks like a screenshot from a sitcom.

The Big Banginator... nah. Sounds too pronoish.

I don't think it works at all. I'd argue that most of the reactions to the trailers/tv spots have been lukewarm at best - based on comments from SHH, Youtube, etc. This film has a lot of the tell-tale signs that it's a convoluted mess. The trailers don't have a focus at all. This to me communicates that the marketing team - which can literally pick and choose what to insert into a trailer - probably can't find a concise, focused narrative in the film.Well you know we can't tell if the film is too convoluted, confusing or busy when we haven't seen it yet. No reason to make comments like this at the moment. The marketing team knows what they are doing. I disagree with the approach, but it works.
The Latino Progression Association will complain about them using that phrase and not knowing what it means.
