Nolan made it very clear that he liked that Bay films practical big scale action scenes and likes IMAX. it was never anything more.
Yep. Interstellar is just like Bay movie....huh?
Yeah, a "burn" needs to at least make sense.![]()
Pick a release to compare. I don't know what to tell you, this is the best this has looked on Blu-Ray.Im interested in seeing more comparison shots of the various versions that are out. Someone in the comments in the links you provided mentioned something about the color being different to that of the cinema release and that it has never been the same on the home releases.
There seems to be this wave of positivity towards this movie, now that James Cameron said it will be good or something. To me it still looks like ****. There's no way Jay Courtney can work in this. I'll watch it on Netflix at most, should it ever come there.
Cameron also praised Sam Worthington's performance in Terminator: Salvation (even though he said the rest of the movie sucked). I'm guessing this praise for Turdinator: Genecyst is just another case of Cameron sticking up for one of his friends.
You can crap all over Sam Worthington as you please but he was fine in TS ( the overall quality of the movie is another matter ), he was even better than Bale.
I agree with this. Compared to Bales shouting performance in TS, Worthington's output rose to Shakespearian levels in subtlety.
True. One of the only performances that I think Bale really botched, or was miscast.
