Would Terraxia The Terrible be Thanos female sidekick villain in the Avengers 4 movie like in the comics I wonder? She is the blue lady that rip off Iron Man head in the Infinity Gauntlet comics.

Highly unlikely. The reason for her existence was that Thanos wanted to essentially make Death jealous after she ignored his affections. Considering that Thanos being obsessed with Death isn't the direction that these movies are taking, I see no reason to bring her into the story.

I think he will be solo, like he told kid Gamora when she said "What did it cost?" he said everything. Thanos has no children, army, and his goal is complete.
