This reminds me of an episode of BBC drama Sinchronicity.
The guy in question had taken viagra, or some other equivalent, and suffered a heart attack whilst screwing a trashy woman. The shock of his death caused her to freeze up and spasm, and thus, until she could relax, she was attached to the still very much erect corpse.
Sony should make a game like that.
