may the only turkey you deal with tomorrow be on your plate.

The big corporations hate Thanksgiving and every year they try to roll out Christmas earlier, in hopes that Thanksgiving can be eliminated entirely and we can go straight from the Halloween shopping season to the Christmas shopping season. They bombard our TVs with commercials where Santa is advertising Black Friday sales and all that jolly crap, because Thanksgiving is about sharing a meal with your loved ones and being thankful for what you have. The only businesses who really get anything out of thanksgiving are the grocery stores, because it's one of the least commercialized mainstream holidays. :(

Oh yeah, and happy Thanksgiving, all! I'm thankful to be home this year for the first time since I moved out for school nearly 3 years ago. I'm also thankful that I survived the New Jersey Turnpike without getting into an accident or ticketed. :)

Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

We don't celebrate it, but thanksgiving you all you peeps who do.

Happy Thanksgiving to all. Even to those who don't celebrate this American holiday. Use this day to be thankful for all that you have.

Happy Thanksgiving all. Normally I'd be watching the games, but I live in a house with nothing but women so Football isn't high up on their to-watch list

happy thanksgiving yall.

i need to know which stores are starting their sales online today lol

Be sure to take a moment and reflect on what you're truly thankful for.

Have a great day :yay:

You need to hijack the TV. :woot:

Damn it to hell! My sister is taking her time cooking a big dinner. Won't be ready to 4. Jesus Christ. I haven't eaten today and my anger is rising, as I either am relaxed if I don't eat for long time or I become a prick.

Next year I'm taking a cue from the Quartermaines on General Hospital and ordering a PIZZA! I haven't eaten...suppose to be ready at 12:30 or 1:00, not ****ing 4:00. No need for a huge dinner. Just another day. God. Sorry everybody I'm mad, seems every year dinner is late by hours.

You don't have anything to munch on at the house?

Happy Thanksgiving all! It's a huge holiday in my family since most of us are born in November, my aunt Juliet's b-day was yesterday, another aunt Roxanne's b-day is the 27th, my dad and I have our b-day on the 29th (Monday), and there are a few more birthdays scattered about November. So in our family Thanksgiving kinda kicks off a lot of partying.
