The 2011 / 2012 NFL Fantasy Football HQ

Yes, Position Limits are available for use. With the format in place, for instance having 3 Starting WR & RBs, not to mention the Flex spot, it makes it rather difficult to overload your team. We ran the same format last year & there wasn't a case where 1 guy had 4 QBs and no backs or wideouts. We had 8 Teams then instead of 10.

With the current setup, you can't walk away from the Draft without all your necessary positions filled.

Matt brought up a good point, there's a Tool on your Draft Ranking page that allows you to set what your Draft preferences are Round by Round.

For instance, if you want a RB 1st & 2nd Round and then to jump to say, a Defense in the 3rd bypassing your rankings to ensure you get what you want at that slot, you can Edit it accordingly.

Top left hand side when you're at the actual screen where you're editing your Draft Rankings. It'll say "Eit Preferred Positions".

Hmm my team looks pretty solid. I need to get some help at wide receiver and a back up running back up receiver but my starters are looking pretty good.

QB: Tom Brady
RB: Maurice-Drew Jones, Matt Forte, and Felix Jones
WR: DeSean Jackson and Johnny Knox
TE: Jason Witten and Kellen Winslow
Def: Green Bay

Pretty solid looking.

Great Draft everyone...well most of everyone, Brick Squad took THREE WR in the first THREE Rounds. But I guess everyone has their strategies.

Hands down, CC has the best Draft for the 2nd year running and I've got to play her first game of the season. DAMMIT.

One thing I DO know, no way in hell can I keep the Cowboys D. Hell =========> No.

Yeah man, you came out of it pretty well. Brees & Eli, Chris Johnson & Steven Jackson, Santonio Holmes.

And you have a balanced bench with 2 WR & 2 RBs.

Don't forget that should you need any modifications, check out the Waiver Wire for all the Free Agents that didn't get drafted.

First thing I did in the morning bro. Spent 20 minutes debating the merits of Chris Ivory.

Looking through the Game Center Week to Week Matchups, F'N Bye Weeks are going to merc both my QBs in Week 8. Think I'll just roll the dice and risk an L rather than dropping anyone of worth, barring injury.

how is it that i'm playing you game one Gen? haha

lol, CC you know I'm never afraid to make some moves, they even work out from time to time. I'm in talks with 3 Owners currently.

As to playing ME on the 1st game, rest assured that wasn't MY damn idea, especially with that roster of yours. I don't cherish the thought of starting the season off with an L.

I AM the reigning Champ after all. :o

hey Matt, i know youre a steelers fan, don't you want Big Ben? let's deal!

Hey Matt, I deliberated on it but I ended up biting the bullet with that trade. Now all I need to do is upgrade at TE.

Hmm, hopefully it works out.

I managed to get Ward and Steve Smith (who should get picked up somewhere) in waivers, as well as Cadillac Williams who will make a passable bye week RB.

It's starting to seem as if Norman made a smart moving getting the Philly D. Nevermind the fact that I'd kill to get Ray Rice.

As to the Waivers, glad I could pick up Colt McCoy, I've got a good feeling about this kid.

Haha, okay, I'll give you Sanchez for him. ;)

I had a great feeling about McCoy last year....now, not so much. The Browns organization has done nothing to help him. First, instead of getting a head coach who can further develop McCoy and the team like Jon Gruden (who was reportedly very interested) they signed a puppet at head coach, probably so Holmgren can fire him and take over if the team ever looks like they could be competitive.

Next, Holmgren is obsessed with making the team run a west coast offense despite the fact that it doesn't work at all in the AFC North.

They finally, they gave him no new weapons. He desperately needed a quality wide receiver. Instead they drafted Greg Little (who will be soooo much help :whatever:) and signed no one (Plax would've been a great fit).

Last year, as a Steelers fan, I was nervous. I thought that the Browns might be legit this year. But then Holmgren seemed to take every step possible to ensure that they will not be.

I just picked up this years best fantasy player.

Matt Ryan is on the trading block.

Norman you son of a *****, I waited days for Stafford and you yanked him out from under me this morning on the Wire.:cmad:
