Yeah, but still... I have my doubts...when making a CGI character it doesnt matter how you loko but how you act.
That would suck.Or they could just be making him a late teenager.
He's definitely twentysomething (or older). When I read the TinTin books in elementary school I always thought of him as no older than in his mid to late teens.
I never once got the impression he was a "grown man".
Tintin is not a kid...![]()
I don't know how old Tin Tin is supposed to be let alone the boy they cast...all I have to say is that kid has a F***ING Neck!!
.......that Homer is absolutely terrifying though....
Seeing how Spielberg is directing the first one, I'd love to see Indiana Jones make a cameo in the film. Maybe not even a speaking part but just some character in the background with a fedora, possibly being chased. They take place in the same time period, that would be great. Then have a character cameo from PJ's King Kong for the second one.
that'a a terrible, terrible idea.
really?Seeing how Spielberg is directing the first one, I'd love to see Indiana Jones make a cameo in the film. ^^Okay, chill with the cameo bit.
The only way I can see the being cool is if somewhere in the movie there is a background movie poster for the two films other than that..no.
The Dominion Post said:Steven Spielberg reveals more Tintin plans
Steven Spielberg and Peter Jackson may go a step further in their plans for three Tintin movies - by jointly directing the third instalment.
Spielberg raised the possibility before the release of his latest film, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, which had its premiere at the Cannes Film Festival at the weekend.
"We are going to make three Tintin movies back-to-back. I'll direct the first one, Peter will direct the second one. We'll probably co-direct the third one."
It was too early to say which of the Tintin books would be filmed. The first would start in September.
Spielberg had never heard of Tintin till 1981, when a film critic compared his first Indiana Jones adventure, Raiders of the Lost Ark, to the books.
The Tintin adventures take place in the 1930s/1940s the same as King Kong and Indy. And when I say cameo I don't mean having a speaking role, just in the background that you'll likely won't see unless someone points it out. Like R2-D2 and C-3PO in the Well of the Souls from Raiders.
