Yeah, it is, we should stop........

yes indeed ma''m
sorry anubis nothing personal i just wanted in on the rhyming fun

It was confusing. It went against everything I thought had been established about the members of Jimmy Woo's group. I can't yet decide whether that'll lead to good things or bad things, though. The only thing I'm sure of after the first issue is that Kirk is even better here than he was on JSA.

These characters are superheroes from the 1930s.

More like the 50's. Marvel really wasn't around in the 30's. Or at least in this form. Especially seeing as the superhero was created in the very late 30's.

testhe group was first depicted in what if #50 as the 1950's avengers

Gues who's coming back

I'm super-excited for this. Parker can do no wrong with these characters, and I can't wait to see how they'll be using the Atlas Foundation as a secret means for good. The premise actually reminds me of the fifth season of the Angel TV series, which was awesome because it dealt with a lot of themes about temptation and the corruption power can wreak even when you use it with the best of intentions. I hope we see some similar stuff here, with the Agents slowly starting to believe the Atlas Foundation's hype more than they should. Whatever happens, though, it should be pretty sweet.

Surprised they are getting an on-going.

I still have yet to finish the mini since my shop is taking it's sweet time ordering the one issue I'm missing.

I loved the mini and I've loved the characters since I first saw them in that old What If? issue, so I'm all over this. All those who rag on me for being so negative about 99% of Marvel and DC's other s***: never let it be said that I don't still get excited for comics.

Wouldn't it be great if Slott and Gage allowed Parker to bring Triathlon over to the Agents? He's a bit more publicly superheroic, but I'm sure they could get him on the same page.

I wonder what Alan Davis is doing. I wouldn't mind having him move over to Captain Britain and MI13 and seeing Leonard Kirk resume art duties for Agents of Atlas.

That would be a lovely arrangement. He's just doing that Thor one-shot in October, as far as I know.
