What annoys me the most is when people call Beenox "lazy". We all know how Activision treats their licenses and studios. We know how restricted Beenox are in time and choices.

I might sound like a Beenox fanboy because I defend them a lot, but it seriously annoys me how much undeserved crap they get.

With improved web swinging, random crimes, a better NY city and a great story the game should be a vast improvement over ASM, which in itself would be a good step in the right direction IMO. I would be very happy with that. And watching the trailer, the city looks much better, the web swinging while we couldn't see much at least looks faster and we've Heard about the Controls and attaching the webs to the Buildings. I really think Beenox has listened about random crimes. And the story with Kraven, Parker investigations etc. seems absolutely great!

I don't expect an AAA game but the game does look pretty good to me!

I've always been a fan of Beenox and as I've indicated in the past, I think the absolute best thing for them is to get out from under Activision's thumb so we can see what their studio is really capable of turning out.

You know, Oz, you're prob right about the game being an improvement over the first one but at this point I have a hard time believing it's true. I keep going back to all the things we were told about ASM and how much that game fell flat. It left a sore spot in my mouth. I'm not saying this next game isn't capable of making things better, I'm waiting for proof. This game is definitely not going to be a day-one purchase for me and I'll be waiting for a price drop. Spending full price on Last of Us or Arkham City, yeah, no problem. Not another mediocre Spidey game. Sure it will prob be better than most movie tie-ins out there on the market but for me, for Spidey, that just doesn't cut it. I don't expect this game to be AAA, that'd be foolish but I certainly won't shell out full price for it either.

If they made a huge improvement on the free roam aspect of the game, I'll feel much better and give credit where it's due. Who knows, maybe I'll be happy about the final product.

The teaser has been out 3 months and holy has 34k views.

Maybe when they see the trailer is getting a lot of views and attention, they'll release more footage and give it more attention.

I honestly think the way they edit trailers make the game look worse. I've always felt that with every game that has such trailers. It generally looks so much more pleasing to view it in "gameplay" point of view!

Even Deadpool had a large coverage for an "unknown" character.

If anyone could take their time to sign this petiton, it would be amazing. Me and my friend believe that Beenox should enable us to free roam as peter in the game. As this will bring more freedom and do things other games never tried to do. Hopefully we can get enough signatures so Beenox can listen to us. Lets make this happen people!!

That will not be possible, they have to get it out for the movie. Like I said before, movie games suffer a lot because of the limited time the developers have to make it. But I honestly don't think this game looks as bad as people are making it out to be. It certainly doesn't look anywhere near as bad as some recent movie games.

I really don't think Beenox has the time to change the game that much so close to the film's release. But good luck to you guys.

1) Wait for the game release
2) Go to the official forums and spam Peter freeroam requests
3) Enjoy Peter freeroam gameplay in TASM3

That's exactly what happened with the requests for better web swinging and infinite crimes (one'd assume they added it now due to their hero or menace system that punishes you for not fighting crime). We only requested to be able to play as Peter Parker, we never requested Peter freeroam or explicitly stated that we want to be able to freeroam as Peter.
