Well, not cancelled. Postponed indefinitely.

Activision gave no reason for it. Beenox posted in his Twitter three days ago that the game runs at 1080p/30 in PS4 and XBOne, so I'm not sure when did they decide this.

I am seriously upset right now. I was really looking forward to this so bad lol. It sounds like a Microsoft problem, since most websites have been updated to say that Activision is Working with Microsoft to work something out

Yeah I pretty much bought my xbone in anticipation of this game's release. I mean I'm still enjoying titan fall and whatever, but this blows.

I'm still somewhat hopeful for this game. I don't think it will be AAA, but I'm hoping for something that will at least satisfy me as a fan.

Yeah, but I still think there were some good points too. I'm hoping that if they nail the swinging mechanic and the sidequests aren't as dull and repetitive as the previous game then maybe that will be enough. Who knows at this point?

LOL. Both the Symbiote Spider-Man and Iron Spider-Man costumes are only available to purchase with real money. Symbiote Spider-Man is $7.99 and Iron Spider-Man is $14.99. That's $3.5 more than what the game costs for the symbiote costume and $10.5 more for the iron costume. The rest (Scarlet, Ultimate and Superior) you can unlock in-game (or with money). All costumes for $25.99.

Anyway... I've only played a few minutes so far. Not bad. If you liked the first mobile game, you'll definitely like this one. It will do until the console/pc version gets released.

Not so much the Peter not coming back. The only Spider-man or Spider-person games I'd play that weren't Peter himself would be Spider-woman (probably no web-swinging though), Spider-man 2099 or Spider-girl (either Arana or May Parker).

I wouldn't mind playing as Sp-Ock if we could play as Peter by the latter half of the story. Maybe it would be cool to juxtapose the two characters with Peter not having Ock's gadgets or fighting style and somehow having to fight against Ock and his gadgets at the end.

I think it could be cool because we would be able to play with a more brutal Spiderman. I think it would be freaking awesome.

From what I've read of 2099, he's a more brutal Spider-man (he tore out some dude's eyes once). No need for Sp-Ock if that's what you'd like to see.

Says here that they're still working on getting it released. No word on when or if that may be.

Seems odd that it's releasing on 360 alongside other platforms, but not the One as well. Really makes you wonder what the problem may be.

I'm so glad to see the Spider-Man 3 design being used again. It is one of my favorite looks for him. Though I think his eyes look too happy. Like, he just drank so much coffee lol.

Street quests are bound to be repetitive, there is no question in that

I saw that. Kinda cool....still..... Idk about this game. I might trade in the first game but apparently I would only get 7 bucks for it without the 30%.

Someone posted a question and they included a video and I piggy bagged off of that and asked them to please include expanded web mechanics for the next game. He thought I meant this game.....what a complete idiot.
