OK so the first game definitely had a more interesting first teaser. But seriously this doesn't give us any info besides the game is coming out.

If I recall correctly, when the first game got announced around this time in 2011, all we got was a poster. The teaser didn't come out till December. We already got our teaser, so maybe we can expect a full trailer in December?

I think its going to be good. They mentioned swinging which means they are listening. I thought that shattered was a great attempt. Tons of content but it just needed a few tweaks.Beenox is capable of producing a great spidey game. I hope this is it.

I liked Sam Riegiel's performance in the first game but it would be really cool if they got Andrew Garfield this time. Not too thrilling of a teaser, the things they say in the press release is more interesting tbh.

I think the announcement trailer for SM2 was just a building with a lot of guys trying to get rid of the webs attached to it.

As long as it's not Drake Bell. All his jokes in Marvel Heroes fall flat. He literally as no comedic delivery. At least not as Spidey, I don't know how well in does elsewhere. It's like he's just reading lines, while trying to sound funny.

I'm pretty confident that they reworked it with their "tease tweet". The way they worded it we'll have to use the thumbs and triggers for web swinging (maybe we get to somehow steer the direction the web goes etc.).

Wow, that was a pretty sucky trailer, even for a teaser I must say. The graphics look bad, the city streets look completely empty etc.

Definitely didn't look like next gen.

Is that what they showed at the panel? Or will there be a bigger trailer coming up?

All those people that shelled out 200 bucks to buy the complete edition, that unlocks all heroes, are incredibly lucky. Because they got an exclusive Symbiote Spider-Man skin, voiced by Christopher Daniel Barnes.

Marvel Heroes will get another Enhanced Spider-Man skin in the future, based on the Superior Spider-Man design. And Christopher Daniel Barnes will apparently again lend his voice.

From what I could see in the trailer, looks like extremely sub par graphics, other than Spideys character model, as expected. They probably aren't a big enough team to do real updates to the engine anyway. Then again Spider-Man 2 looked horrible but was insanely fun.

And no next gen version confirmed? If so, hugely disappointing.

I personally don't expect much from Beenox. They are woefully average.

You guys should really get up to date, that was the first thing confirmed (PS4 & XB1 versions). It's even listed on the official website.

Next gen versions coming, then great. I don't care about this trailer at all. Cross gen games usually look disappointing graphically on the previous gen because the downgrade isn't really too optimized.

Waiting for the next gen trailer then.

They probably arent. Most devs only got their dev kits recently, maybe Beenox only had them for a few weeks/months and are now working hard on optimizing their existing engine (or the new version they came up with since last year) for the new consoles.
