Also, the mention from that article about Uncle Ben's death and Peter's involvement in it being "streamlined" and "semi-modernized," but without the "wrestling" angle? I have feeling it could go down like this:

Peter gets into a fight with Flash at school and ends up getting suspended, in which Uncle Ben is forced to change his shift at work to pick him up. Peter is essentially grounded, but he sneaks out and, for whatever reason, happens to be in the same area as where Uncle Ben works. Uncle Ben sees Peter and attempts to run after him, but Peter ignores him, walking quickly away. He then bumps into some guy coming out of a corner grocery store and his spider-sense starts to go off. The guy tells him to watch where he's going and Peter apologizes, ignoring the bad sensations he's getting from the guy because he's more concerned about Uncle Ben catching up to him and getting a stern talking to about him disobeying his curfew. Then, moments later, he hears a commotion and Peter turns around seeing the guy he just passed and Uncle Ben talking, and it appears they know each other. Suddenly, the guy pulls out a gun from his coat pocket and shoots Uncle Ben. As Uncle Ben collapses, the guy takes off. Cue the following scene:

New trailer looked good, but It's still my least anticipated of the year. Yes, I'll be at the midnight showing, however.

The trailer was perfect! I love the way the lizard looks in the actual movie, the acrobatics look better than ever, and Andrew Garfield seems to be the funny, charming and sympathetic Peter Parker that I've always wished for

But, I'm still not sure about Peter's dad helping with him becoming spider-man, though if it's done well I wont mind

Is it just me, or does this movie look like a comic book? Between the saturated colors, comical humour, artistic CGI and over the top action, it looks more like a motion comic with live action actors.
