I don't know if it's true. If it is, I'm mad I found out. Hopefully someone can prove this wrong or fake.

The time is even fake. We were told it may be 136 minutes.

Yeah, I just wanted to make sure. I know in TAS he was good, just was wondering if they are making him good in this one.

I was comparing this to BB, and BB has two villains. This one just has Lizard, then I realized; can't you count Captain Stacy as a villain?

BB and TDK are sorta tricky as you could make an argument that guys like Falcone and Maroni were villains as well.

I see Gwen's death happening like this.

Gwen's falling and Spidey shoots out a webline, we hear a crack but it could be interpreted as the webline tightening (even though it's not). The score is all triumphant as though Spidey has saved her and the audience is misled into thinking this too. Spidey descends to Gwen and he's calling her name out a few times, each time he says her name he goes quieter and the score goes quieter too.

If Spidey's lenses are cracked (which I hope they are at this point in the movie), maybe we could see a few tears coming out of Peter's eyes as he quietly whispers "Gwen...". He falls to his knees and holds her body tightly (at this point, the score could be like what was playing when Harvey Dent's in the hospital after Rachel's death in TDK).
Perfect pitch!

BTW I am really worried about the Humour element in TASM,Sure spidey is all witty and wise cracking but thats it

Was watching SM2 and it had a great fun element to it with a lot of Humourous Characters.JJ Jameson,His whole office,Peter's Landlord,Obnoxious Usher etc etc

The movie was a perfect mix of Humour,Action and Emotion

Characters we didn't need such as the landlord and usher. Characters that took up the humor when Spidey didn't have any, or even Peter for that case.

I think the Raimi movies had no humor. Or at least, no humor more advanced that what can you see in a Jim Carrey's movie.

Peter Parker didn't really have a sense of humor, but there actually a lot of comedy in the Raimi films.

Pretty much anything with Jameson was hilarious in the 2nd and 3rd films

Didnt need??
You definitely need accessory characters like that to make the movie fun

You gotta be kidding me!!
I still laugh my ass off whenever I watch SM1 or 2

"Jameson, your wife just called. She said she lost her check book."
"Thanks for the good news!"

"Miss Brant, get me a violin!"

"He dresses like a spider, he looks like a bug. We should give him one big hug... a look out, WOO! Here comes the Spider-Man!"

The usher was fine because it worked and Bruce Campbell is always needed, but the landlord and his daughter felt VERY useless and even more so in Spider-Man 3.

No need to worry about humor as Webb has gone on to say that there will be moments of "naturalistic humor" between Peter, Gwen and Uncle Ben. And I don't know about accessory characters adding humor to the film when you have just as easily have humor between the main characters' interactions.

''Nobody can get a photo of him Jonah'
''Awww What is he,Shy?''

Also the way he laughs when Peter asks for advance:awesome:

Okay, I give you that JJ was the best humor aspect of the Raimi's saga, I also laugh my ass off seeing his scenes. But his appearances are only 15 min in each movie. And we are talking about a 9 hours trilogy.

Peter Parker had no humor, just faces of confusion and pretty bad one-lines in the first movie. MJ was a whiny girl. Harry is just "My father was killed. Die Spidah-man!"

Aunt May had good moments in SM2, I'll give you that.

But please, don't tell me the Raimi films are funny, they are not. Good superhero movies, but not funny ones :D

Wasnt Useless in SM2,they needed to showcase Peter's pathetic condition financially and it worked well IMO
They needed to continue the characters in SM3,they couldnt just have Peter move

LOL we arent making comedy movies,15 minutes is just fine
And the movies were funny,Definitely 1 and 2 were. They had pretty good sense of humour.Just watch them again

And Spidey wasnt as blunt as you make him out to be
'Keep the Change' 'Did your husband gave to you?' 'Guess you havent heard,I am the sheriff around these parts' 'Where do these guys come from?' 'Let mom and dad talk Jonah' etc

And the whole canteen scene in the first movie and 'Im Back' scene in the 2nd are pretty funny

"where do these guys come from?" "keep the change"

Are those even meant to be funny though?

I think its "Here's your change!" from the second movie.
So that is 5 whole quips in 9 hours, not including "Where do these guys come from" but including "You're who's out Gobby, out of your mind!"

They are funny

Okay point is,They act make spidey as the only source of Humour,He is a superhero not a comedian,

I actually saw SM1 and 2 very recently (I was going to see also SM3, but apparently my Blu-Ray erased himself O.o), and those scenes sound pretty lame to me.

The canteen scene is pretty stupid for me when Raimi tries to extend the joke too much (with the plate hitting the door during 10 seconds), the "I'm Back" scene was ruined by the, again, confusion faces from Tobey Maguire (this scene is much more funny if you know it's story from behind the scenes, anyway).

The only one of the ones you said that I think it's funny is the "Let mommy and daddy talk, Jonah (web in the face!)". But that's because it's the only single scene of the whole trilogy where Spidey is a wise-ass as in the comics.

The rest, to me, is Maguire's confusion faces. I hate those faces :D

Friggin' confusion faces, the problem is that I always imagine Spidey with that face, just confused and without the willing to do a joke. And when he does, is a bad joke. And probably he goes again to the confusion face lol

Spidey needs to be funny, sarcastic, serious when it's time, but he has to wise crack. In the USM comics he says it: "I talk too much when I'm nervous, and I'm scared as hell right now", when he was fighting thugs.

He looks confused because its paused and it looks awkward.

Still better than most Comic book movies
Only the plot sucked.
The action, soundtrack and the likes where the best of its time

Better than most comic book movies? Dunno about that. Spiderman 3 is not better than Nolan's batman movies or any of marvels. And it was the worst of Raimis spidey trilogy. Mayb that's my opinion but I feel like most would agree. What are the "most comic book movies" that you're referring to it being better than?
