Which scene is that?

He even complains that the Lizard only had three appearances. I was kind of expecting only 2, so if this is true, I am happy.

Does this guy have proof he saw it? I feel like there would be more people going on IMDB reviewing it from that test screening.

The guy made his imdb account today. I don't know if people would really do that just to post an early review. But same deal with what Mysterioman did.

If you read the comments, someone asks him...

...if he really saw it, how does Captain Stacy die? So he replies with:
"Lizard and Spidey duke it out on top of Oscorp and a piece of debris is about to fall on Stacey and as Peter shoots his web it runs out, therefor causing the debris/window frame piece to land on stacey. Stacey's last words are for Peter to take care of Gwen and to finish Connors for him."

Does this sound legit?

Tell me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't a piece of debris falling from that high up kill Captain Stacy upon impact? I mean, that Oscorp tower is huge.

It feels like someone who would have started the rumor that sony executives hate the movie

Wait maybe a day and you'll probably see someone on posting an early review.

There is a part of me that really believes this guy saw the movie, and another that is saying it is completely false.

Even if he did see it, and didn't like it that much, it doesn't mean it is actually bad (Like Spider-Man 3 bad). He described scenes as corny (such as the football post, which we did see, and Peter ripping off a locker door). But I personally don't have a problem with the goal post scene, and the locker thing doesn't seem like that big of a deal. Even the Avengers has its corny moments.

Assuming this is a real review: despite all the complaints he has, he still did give the movie a 7/10... and he doesn't seem to be a Spidey fan, so I'm sure us fans would probably give it at least an 8 or 9/10...

He says that Peter explains that the webbing is not ejaculation, but really... I cannot see that happening in the movie. It seems like Aunt May will not know he is Spider-Man, and if she sees the webbing, doesn't that mean she figures out who he is?

And his description of a certain demise of someone seems completely false and impossible. Check out my earlier post to see what I am talking about.

Any posts with the words "review on IMDB" should be deleted in a matter of seconds.

Anyone else agree?

Yup. That review is as fake as fake can get.

No mention of the mystery of his father, no mention of Bens death, no mention of mystery man in trailer. Anyone who actually saw the movie would have been able to clearly explain all of those. I can write a more believable fake-review for cryin out loud.

Not to mention the most glaring aspect o the review. He is apparently a guy from Sony marketing, and he is reviewing the movie in a bad light. Paradox much? No one does that. His job is to PROMOTE the ****ing movie if he really was a guy from marketing. He even says he wondered why they even rebooted. That instantly puts him in the ******edly fake area.

Now if Roger Ebert or Richard Roeper went on their sites and said they were invited to a test screening and did an early review (because I know they do actually make early movie reviews), then I would definitely believe it. But this guy has no credibility... who is he? I could go online right now and say I watched it, and give my "review" of it. Also, wouldn't Sony fire him for making an early review of a test screening without permission?

If what he says is true....All I really got out of the review is that he thought a couple of the jokes were corny and he didn't care about Parker's parents lol

Chances are it is fake, and even if it is, like you said, his complaints are kind of... stupid. And nit picky. Probably contributed to spreading rumors that it had really bad test screenings.

Yeah. I personally would like to see this mystery and relationship about his parents unravel. I like character development and moments like that, but who knows, it could end up being terribly done. I'm guessing a lot of people, probably general audiences would just rather watch spider-man fight crime and swing around the city.

Heck, TDKR could be terribly done and Bane will be a laughing stock. Anything could happen with movies.

I don't think this will even come close to how bad Spider-Man 3 was, assuming it is a disappointment. I can't see my rating being less than a 7.5 or something. I'm hoping it will at least be a 9.

Anyone could claim they went to a test screening.

The only reason that rumor gained any momentum is because the haters are desperate to hurt ASM.

Even if the reviewer is telling the truth his complaints seem shallow and although he sounds like he didn't like the movie he still gives it a 7 out of 10. I dunno. This is one of the reasons I stay away from IMDB...it's a horrible site and full of misinformers and trolls. Again, this guy may be honest about the fact that he saw the movie but it has a funny poo smell to it and I really don't believe it. Either way I'm not gonna take advice about a movie from some schmuck on IMDB. Period.

Yeah. And I don't mean to sound stereotypical, but his review makes him sound like someone who would enjoy Transformers more.

Did this review reveal anything someone couldn't conclude from simply watching the trailers???

Some minor scenes, like Peter ripping out a locker, a joke about his webshooters and ejaculation and something about Lizard's breath smelling bad.

Oh yeah, and apparently there's a lot of focus on his parents.

His final words are 'The city needs you, protect it'
Troll busted

Gotta admit, the ejaculation joke has potential to be funny

We just have to close our ears to fake reviewers for 5 more days and the RIM will submit an authentic review on 10th
Hopefully the movie would be great and we would rest in peace after that

I don't even think I'll read reviews until I've seen the movie.

As long as a review is spoiler free I'll be all over it.
