I still think we might get a family-friendly Dr. Connors perhaps early on in the film
Maybe

Cool

Looks really good. July is going to be an awesome month. :batman::spidey:
And it follows the olympics

Really? because I'm seeing the opposite.
See jokes? Are they written?

You need glasses!
Hearing aids

I'm hoping for a movie running time of 2 1/2 hours :yay:
If it serves the movie then yes

That movie is always fun as heck to watch. :funny:

Yeah, hopefully i'll have time this weekend to watch it along with Batman & Robin (since it's been a couple months since I last saw it).

it really doesn't look that much like a Goomba...

I personally think that the humanoid lizard looks creepy, and creepy is exactly what this reboot needs. Most of us wished for the mcfarlane type lizard and so on, but to be honest, it's not THAT humanoid looking, it just looks like that because you were waiting for a crocodile/dinosaur look. When you look at it, it's basicly a half man, half lizard.

And hey, according to the trailer he does have the reptile eyes and not the human eyes that many people complained about. I suppose they saw that they didn't work and switched them to the reptile eyes

Anyway, I personally love the look of the lizard, who agrees?

i personally think we have only seen just phase one of the lizard transformation...
i wasnt that much hyped about this movie, mainly cuz avengers was getting the spotlight, but this trailer is just AMAZING
the websling part in the trailer felt like a rollercoaster
2012 is gonna be awesome
i wonder how TDKR is gonna match trailer#2 CGI/action wise....

Here's one of THE LIZARDDDDD emerging from the sewers in an unconventional way.

Trailer was AWESOME in my view. Lived up to the name 'Amazing Spider-Man' completely. Loved every aspect to it. Just wish we got to see more of the Lizard. I was thinking, while watching the trailer there is much more of a 'criminal' aspect to Peter Parker/ Spider-man than there is to Sam Raimi's version. I think this Parker has a darker edge and maybe even Spider-Man starts out as more of an anti-hero rather than an all-out good guy/ superhero.

Daaang, the Lizard is huge compared to Spidey.

I wouldn't say "anti-hero" and here's why: It's all based on perspective. To JJJ, he's always been a crook, to Robbie he's a saint. To Aunt May, he's a menace also but to MJ and others, he's a good guy doing a job no one else has the guts to do. But by playing up the vigilante angle more (which he is regardless of perspective) it may seem that he is an anti hero when in fact, the cops are just doing their jobs. In this New York City, well any NYC that isn't produced by Marvel Studios, there are no avengers, so this idea of people parading around in outfits saving the city and the world every week doesn't exist, so the first time they see someone like Spidey, the cops are going to want him to turn himself in or bring him down
