I hope the Hot Toys figure allows you to swap eyes so you'll have the choice between reflective and yellow.

...I don't understand what you mean. It looks just like the movie suit.

I mean they could've toned down the yellow on the eyes for a less vibrant color and I personally find the raised black webbing to be too busy looking.

EDIT: The busts however, look pretty cool. probably because of the shading...

Oh I see what you mean.

The problem I have with it is that the eyes are...orange. And that the webbing is just a tad too thick. But it's better than the webbing that looks like it was just carved with a knife like on the Hasbro figures.

Yeah, pretty much where I was trying to get at with the eyes and webbing. But I would've liked to see how the carved webbing looks, since the actual suit has engraved webbing.

The webbing on the suit is actually slightly raised, it's just really thin.

I actually liked Spider-Man Unlimited. and Hasbro did do a figure of it recently but it was horrible -.-

i think the yellow in the eye's depends on how the light hits it. i mean we have seen pics both official and set pics, where the eyes are REALLY yellow/golden-yellow, and others where its a very dull color

I agree with you guys on Unlimited and Toy Biz. Although I did like the art style for Unlimited, Rino Romano as Spidey, the suit, and sometimes the animation could actually be pretty fluid. Those are probably the best things I can say about that show.

Loved all of Toy Biz' Spidey stuff, they did such a good job all the years they were in business. They got the balance right between fun to play with for the kids and just plain-awesome looking for the collectors. Hasbro doesn't always capture that same sense of care, but I still like Hasbro.

The yellow eyes remind me of the "Spider-Man: Unlimited" series. I'm referring to the original costume, not the "nano-technology" suit.

He also had yellowish eyes in TSSM, they said the reason for that was to make the color palette for his costume a little more appealing for animation. And That 70s Spider-Woman cartoon Spidey guest starred in for 2 episodes, he had yellow eyes there as well.

I like em, they look cool.

The RC wall-crawling Spidey looks pretty cool, lol.

Not strictly TASM related, but WATCH OUT FOR THE LIZARD. :wow:

kinda wish that web shooting spiderman could retract the web on BOTH sides rather then have a big plastic web line out on one side constantly lol
