The Lizards look in this movie is okay, but he still looks like Killer Croc with a tail to me. If a Batman movie ever decides to use Killer Croc then it could be very confusing for the general public.

I hoep figures get released soon. I know the marvel Select ones are being released in June.

If a batman movie uses killer croc, it will also be very different

No one would mix up the lizard and killer croc...

Talking about the new Bane design, even though I'm fine with it, I feel that TASM lizard is a way better adaptation than TDKR Bane. I'm fine with the mask because it looks cool and creepy, but his outfit looks crappy

It'll be funny when they use Killer Croc, who's just a guy with a skin condition, in a future Batman movie and they make him look more of a monster than the Lizard looks in this. :funny:

yeah...i prefer skin tight leather outfits that show a ton of chest as well :whatever:

i do agree that lizard is a better adaption thought...but bane was a step in the right direction with the new look imo

the deluxe costume looks to be $249 and says its a collectors item. I wonder how authentic it will look and what material its made out of

Well, if this is what the deluxe mask looks like... expect the theatrical suit to be of a similar quality.

LOL I didn't say that they should've used the skin tight leather outfit either, it's just that I hoped that the suit would've been more dynamic looking. The vest is too big on the belly and it doesn't look like his packing muscle there, it looks like he has a beer belly.
But ofcourse this is just nitpicking over an overall cool re-imagined look, he looks creepy & threatning, which is exactly what I wanted

I for one can't wait for the Hot Toys figure, especially after seeing them Diamond Select figures. Oh dear money, how I will be abusing you this year. :woot: :csad:

Honestly, Nolan probably would never touch Croc, but if they reboot it like they are talking about, someone else might.

I personally love the way Bane looks. He looks completely badass.

It's 100x better than his comic counterpart. That's for damn sure. It's not even a question.

He usually looks pretty monstrous. I don't think most artists no that he just has a skin condition. :oldrazz:

Very true. The look for Bane in the comics never matched his personality, especially in the New 52 (BTW, they kinda ruined Bane in the Arkham games. Just a little.)

I thinks that's a huge reason why Bane turned out the way he did in Batman and Robin.

Schumacher and Co. probably saw a picture of Bane and.or heard he broke Batman's back in the comics and though he be a good henchmen in the movie without knowing that he is a very complex character and one of Batman's greatest villains and certainly not a henchmen.

If it weren't for Comic book and Comic book movie fans being so broke from buying comics, videogames and every toy/collectible imaginable, we'd be out of the recession right now.

Yeah, probably. Most likely they will go to the "gritty but not realistic" relm after Nolan movies, I'd love to see that! That would be like the modern batman comics. Maybe they could do a costume closer to comics, that has never been done before (adam west version doesn't count)

Also they could tie that version to justice league! They should do a movie for Flash, reboot the style of Green Lantern and do "the incredible hulk"story recap on it while kinda continuing from the same place the last one left of. The first thing they should change is the CGI costume... put a real costume on him, if you want effects you can always add them on it, but please no cgi costume! And they should ignore Aquaman's story like Hawkeyes in The Avengers. And then of course add the man of steel superman. And ignore wonder woman entirely...

What do you think?

The CGI costume was fine. It's made out light. It shouldn't remotely look like ANY earthly cloth.

Disagree. The Green Lantern costume looked fine in some shots, but the animators did get a little lazy in other shots...
