It would be so trippy with the lights and fog machines. Hatter would be on the wonderland themed stage with his voice echoing through the loud speakers taunting Batman. I’d love that.

I’d either go Monty Cliff beautiful face destroyed leading to his madness and trying experimental surgery or full on Boris Karloff in Targets, a fading horror star disgusted by the state of the world.

If it was just the set photos and trailer I'd say we couldn't know for sure, but after the Superman article I'm a lot more on the side of powers and things existing

To be fair, the original Clayface is just a killer, no magic transformation stuff at all.

Changed to his character? It would literally be a case of faithfully adapting the original comics iteration of the character.

Clayface isn't main villain potential regardless not for film at least but taking away the shapeshifting makes him just another criminal imo
