There's one in Jackson Heights(unless they've changed it since). There's one on Horace Harding near Francis Lewis High school. There's probably one in the city. Can't think of the other one, but it's somewhere probably in Queens. Don't they have a website or something where you can find other locations?

I just checked Arby's site, they do have a store locater apparently. The only one showing up for me is the one I found on 33rd street. The others coming up are all in Jersey.

There's one on Metropolitan Avenue right outside Christ The King highschool by the Metro Mall. Been there several times since it's within walking distance (yet I never walked there or even been inside).
