yeah Patrick Warburton and his voice are so loved that people could overlook his age. With movie magic, Patrick Warburton would be fine for the role. I don't imagine there being a Shazam movie series, one film or two films would be enough. I just want one good movie that features Black Adam and Sivana as the villains. If they can make one kickass movie with those two, that'd be enough for me.

And Warburton looks young enough to do Shazam for at least one movie.

introduce a relatively new actor for billy. There are way too few good child/tween actors these days so I see that role being the perfect opportunity to cast a likeable kid in the role. I hate how everyone wants to cast Asa Butterfield and Zachary Gordon in every young role these days. they both suck in my opinion (plus they arent that young anymore). Find someone new

Cena's acted in plenty of movies/TV shows. He's born to play Shazam. Especially considering his chemistry with Rock, he plays a children's cartoon/superhero character, has a close connection with kids, natural childlike nature, has the look down 100%, not been casted in a CBM yet, can do the physical aspects of the role and bulk up if needed (former bodybuilder), plenty of experience in front of cameras, perfect age for sequels (37), huge following (6.5million Twitter followers), cross-promote with WWE, has a clean friendly image, naturally charismatic and good talker.

What more do you want?

Cena is perfect for the role. If you know anything about the John Cena character it's that he's been playing Shazam for over a decade already.

He also looks exactly like how Shazam would look.

Plus you've got the Dwayne/Cena history.

It's so obvious casting.

I really hate the idea of using wrestlers/singers/dancers etc instead of actors. Dwayne Johnson is an exception as he has proven himself reasonably competent as an actor anyway.
