At first I wasn't too keen on the "Death to Spies" idea, seeing as it's a direct SMERSH reference. I highly doubt SMERSH will ever make an appearance in this post-post-Cold War-era Bond.
Although, taken by itself without the SMERSH baggage, I kinda like it. It's a bit like the title The World is Not Enough, in that it refers to a relatively obscure bit of Bond history, SMERSH in DTS' case, or Bond's coat of arms in TWINE's case.
I wouldn't mind that actually being the start of a new trend for Bond titles, using phrases and titles of stuff from old Bond stories. Although they'd probably run out after half a dozen or so, it could last for Craig's run as 007.
That being said I'd still like them to use unused Bond story titles as the movie titles, at least once in awhile. Risico, Property of a Lady, etc.
