Hi
Well I was able to talk to my friends again. A few of them told me that hot word at the going around Pinewood when they left the production earlier in the month, is that the working title for Bond 22 is 'Risico' I knew little of this title so I googled it and found it had a Fleming root behind it.
I would like to stress this news isn't first hand un like the pre title thing earlier, this is just word of mouth spreading around the studio. So make of it what you will. The likelyhood I'll get any more news is very slim as these guys are now no way involved in the production of Cr anymore.

Your first three posts on this forum was you asking for the script. I think that if you had a real connection to the studio you would've been able to find it quite easily and therefore I take your report very lightly.

My mates involved in the film only really got to get to work around the middle to end of June time. They work mainly on smaller film productions in the UK but mostly small TV dramas.

The man007 i take your post with a vat full of salt.

Wilson already used the Risico plot (which was a fleming bond short story) in for your eyes only and i doubt they would use it again considering they want to take bond in a new direction.

They could use Risico as a title and have an original plot (and wilson has already confirmed an original story by himslef will be used for Bond 22, which is the official working title of the film) but if you are implying that they will use the short story as a plot for the next film i would bet any money your wrong.

Soz mate.

Indeed.....lets wait and see..

Why do they treat the Gardner and Benson stuff like a plague? They could atleast use some of those Book Titles

I'll say this, even if Risico is the title of Bond 22, the fact that this was leaked so early and has caught on at all the major Bond sites pretty much gaurentees that Bond 22 will NOT be Risico. Even if it's not the title they have in mind they won't use it because that's what everyone thinks will be the title.

my mates at sony tell me that the working title for bond 22 is "Payback"

and it features Bronsons bond vs brocolli in an all out last man standing war, bronson kills daniel craig off in the first 10 min of the moive, then goes after barbra for letting him go and wanting a younger bond.

hahah

The Facts of Death might make for a good film, not just a title.

I don't think any of the other books (i.e books not written by ian fleming) would make good films. There just not good enough...

Kingsley Amis' COLONEL SUN would make a good film - it's as good as the Fleming novels.

It's already been done as The World Is Not Enough-the part where M is kidnapped was taken from that novel-and it only works with the male version of M (Sir Miles Merservy) who Amis hated and wanted to see be treated badly (Therfore, Col. Sun tortures him and kills his servants!)

Why? The new film will be out in a couple of months anyway, at the end of which will be the title for the next film. I don't think your reasoning is sound for why they won't use it as a title. I always thought Risico would be an awesome title for a Bond film - "My friend, in thees beezness, there is much risico!". I could just hear that in a gritty voice against a dark screen to begin the trailer before the screen explodes with all kinds of action! I even hope they have some Columbo-like character in it! FYEO was my favorite Bond film and still is!
