How will you explain the concept of ki for an live action movie?

explain ....

The way they did in the manga, this time concept was too Matrixy

Can someone be so kind as to explain this "Time Ki" Theory that was written by Ben Ramsey (supposedly).

I wanna know about this Time Ki as well

They better do the Ki=life energy because that is what Ki is. I really hope people understand that it is actually part of martial arts, not something Toriyama made up.

Also, I didn't get Ki as related to time in the script.

the way they explain it in the manga.:woot:

The time explanation just sounds stupied.:cmad:

I never really noticed that that was how they explained ki in the script.

Hah. No votes for Ramsey.

I voted for the Anime's version. Why fix what isn't broken?

not sure what Ramsey's explanation entailed, but i wouldn't rule out qi or energy having an impact on time or vice versa. when it comes down to it, time is really just movement. i firmly believe in qi being more of an energy, but i could easily see qi as a means to manipulate time.

I finally read this Ben Ramsey script, and I have to say they should stick with the manga ki for this one, because the "perfect balance" and "present is between past and future" discussion before he throws the kamehameha seemed like a forced and really unnecessary pseudo-metaphysical discussion that didn't fit the overall plot.

Let the Ki blast just be a use of internal energy and that Sayians, Namekians etc.. can use it with more ease than most humans.

(On a side note, in the context of what Ben Ramsey pulled off, with the exception of the dragonball party, I think all the average teenager part (highschool etc...) could work)

The concept of Ki energy. The energy present in all living beings that can be harnessed through mental training and subsequently projected as a destructive force
Now that is BADASS!!

i actually think its original name is ''qi''(its pronounced like ''chi''), but i dont know why in budokai games it's called ''ki''..i think its bad translation...ask any chinese people theyll tell u that qi is the correct form...

Chinese people?Uh...I'm pretty sure Toriyama is japanese, and thus japanese people would know a tad bit more.

I like both, but I'd go with the Manga. Though it really makes no difference to me.

Qi, chi and ki are all the same thing, it's a different spelling depending on who you're talking to. No one race would know more than the other.

They should go with the manga's explanation or make one based on what ki's real-life definition is.

I dont know, but does anyone excpect Goku to actually SAY "kamehameha" when he preforms the move?

The would look a little...cheesy dont you think?

it's very important to say kamehameha....gohan says it...krillin..yamcha...i deff want them to say it..
