    Well, here it is.... the begining of the CountDown Game 3.

    As some of you may know, I did this for Spider-Man & Spider-Man 2. So in keeping up with tradition, I'll be doing this for Spider-Man 3.

    With all due respect, this game was originally started by fellow Canuck Reader, who started the first one 441 days left til Spidey 1. Unfortunately, he stopped (or got lazy) with 347 days left. So I carried on for him and I've been doing it since (a little Hype history for you)

    It's now 526 days until Spider-Man 3, so I'll be posting the covers and credits of each regular continuity Spider-Man comics begining with amazing Spider-Man #526 and working my way down to issue #1, adding on the other Spidey titles along the way. As I've stated, I've done this for both Spidey movies and it was fun, so hopefully, we can enjoy the ride a third time.

    This thread helped the time go by quickly while waiting for the movie, so maybe it'll do it again.

    I will not be including, like last time, mini-series nor Ultimate Spider-Man.

    Please Doom, this is my baby project. It's one that I want to start AND finish. I don't want anyone else to post the comics. If you want to comment about an issue that was listed, feel free, but let me do this.

    Also, you have to do it on a daily basis. You posted the next day's issue less than 2 hours after mine.

    In any event, I don't want you (or anyone) to post the comics in MY thread.

    Weird how the 526th issue of ASM came out the day when there would be 526 days till the movie. Perfect timing.

    Not a bad issue but was I the only person who was left with a "they needed an extra issue for that"? sort of feeling.......I mean we got 15 pages of Pete not feeling well and 1 panel stating.."oh yeah..uhmmm Hydra got away"!!

    I felt the same way! It seemed more of a prologue to the Other than a conclusion to the Hydra arc.

    Infact I reckon that Dodson's cover is the coolest since #505.

    That is one of Deodato's best Spider-Man covers. I love that one....wish it was a poster. I wouldn't mind having this bad boy hanging up in my room. :up:

    I agree that it is probably one of his best covers so far, but 526 is definately up there for his covers. Also, if you wan't to just make a poster out of it here it is without the words and numbers and everything.

    You're certainly welcome! The only real problem with it is the one from the actual cover seems a bit brighter.
