The Create-A-Hero RPG Season III OOC Thread - Part 1

When I posted, none of you guys were in the middle of actively posting. I posted before several of you. Only Nicodemus truly acknowledged the post. It is not as though I was the one who misread what was going on. I wrote my post in to fit in perfectly with what was going on. It's standard RPG etiquette to be aware of what comes before.

I'm only going to edit this post because obviously it is not detrimental to the overall story that my post happen in the exact way it did. But I am annoyed.

But even though my previous posts may have taken place outside of the HQ, it is standard RPG etiquette to be aware of previous posts before you post. And that if this situation occurs the person(s) who made the error edit their posts, not the other way around. Because I read the previous posts, made sure Michael returning in the fashion he did would work, and posted. If you guys didn't notice, when you should've, before Michael saw Flux he was talking to Icon telling him "hey dude, I'm back incase you didn't notice..." type of thing with his reply.

I'll figure out a way to edit and still fit Nicodemus' reply in since he directly reacted to my post at least after work today.

It was an oversight, and we're sorry about that Trusty. We're all aware of RPG etiquette, but in this case it makes more sense to me to edit one paragraph in one post rather than having four people go back and completely rewrite posts, trying to keep with the action of the plot.

Just as a reminder, Kayla and Starlight are the same person. Icon and Starlight have a bit of a brother/sister type relationship, so he usually calls her by her name, as opposed to her superhero name.

Hope people noticed and appreciated the Vigilante's full name in that last post... I spent probably a bit too long coming up with names that would work together to fit the character, and suit with his family/history.

With the family already having very little money and finances as well as having to work for a living, they were unsure how to raise a blind baby, especially one with certain needs involved. Her mother and father decided to send Aina away to her grandfather’s martial arts dojo in Beijing, China. Like Aina herself, her grandfather too was blind, but he decided to take Aina in and raise her as one of his own for the time being.[/FONT]

It wasn’t long until she began to compete in tournaments when her training was complete. Eventually, she competed again and got her first victory. However, fleeing to America was no laughing matter since she came from a family of communists. The inspiration of creating her was back when I was watching a movie called House of Flying Daggers with the character, Mei, as well as the inspiration came from Madoka from the anime Get Backers. I took some of the inspiration from both of those characters and thus Aina Starling was born, but instead of having her Japanese, I changed where her nationality is Vietnamese. [/FONT][FONT=&quot]

Hancock was once a quiet little town that was well known by the calm and gentle ocean until it all changed as bounty hunters were roaming the streets. Something suspicious was going on since that last plane landing from southern Vietnam. What was happening? Where did it happen? One of the general bounty hunters stepped off the plane to approach the small troop with slight frustration to confront one of the elitists.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]“Sir, they are no longer stowed upon the plane.” One of them said to the elitist with a gun held ready to fire in his hand. They had their defenses up just in case any funny business was going to happen. [/FONT]

He stepped forward and swung his AK-47 to hit one of his men upside the head for failing to capture them. “You idiot! However, when it came to the youngest dark-blue haired woman, her red eyes were foggy once she was noticed up close.
