The Death of Spider-Man comic

Have you read Spider-Man: Reign?

It's excellent, and (no offence,) far better than this idea.

Check it out, the end will make your heart warm

It's basically, 'The last Spider-Man story.'

Agreed. Very under-rated story.

Didn't Spider-Man die already, in that abyssmal 'Other' storyline, from those keystone cops JMS and Alonzo?
Yeah. He also died years earlier but managed to coax Death and Thanos into giving him another shot at life.

The reason "The Death of Superman" was such a big deal is because Superman is suppose to be unshakeable as a character. He is the good guy we always picture winning, not losing.

But Spider-Man has a life in which he loses on a consistent basis, making a story like the "Death of Spider-Man" have little or no impact outside of shock value in my opinion.

Yeah. He also died years earlier but managed to coax Death and Thanos into giving him another shot at life.

Now that was a great ...da da da da...one-shot storyline.

What are those?

He also died in Fred Hembeck Destroys the Marvel Universe
