I've actually been working on four ideas, but work+holidays+overwhelming tiredness=slow progress.

I started working on mine early just for that same reason. It was done for a couple of weeks before I even submitted it.

Crap. I would have done this, but I am leaving the state with no internet on Monday! GARGH! Sucks when you want to be a writer and never get to show it off.

Ah well... when's the original character contest going to make it's debut? I am working on a script just for fun and I'd love to hear some hypers reactions to it -- for better or worse I may add.

Figured I'd start the New Year with that contest. Though it's not a contest if only oner person enters, so I might just drop these "official" contests.

I hear ya, at the same time I will guess the number of entrees is so small due to the "Oh my godz people will tink I am teh suck" complex. Lord knows I have it even after years of being a writer.

You would have had one more entree for this... if you know, I knew the hype even had a fan fiction contest with a theme I'd like (which I do like the idea of this.)

You know what's sad? Lobo had an announcement sticky notice about it up on all the forums for about a month. It seems like it wasn't until I put that line in my sig that folks started asking about it, at least where I could see them asking anyhow.

I got lots of pm's asking, and interest, not many followed through though .

I suppose i could extend the deadline a few days if that would help?

Well... regardless if I can get this done in time or not, I was bitten with a stroke of genius that really does fit my style and hopefully, could get done before Monday.

One question though, is this strictly based on the comic versions of a character? I'm mostly familiar with it's movie counter part, and only read a few of the books.

I had to ask, because I love this idea far too much to pass up. t:

Edit: Again, I apologize if I can't get it in. But with all the trouble you guys are going through to organize these contests.. I figure I'll give it a go when I have an idea I think is pretty fun.

I am sorry Lobo, I got into it, and yet my mother forced me into preparations for our trip to the relatives... and being 19 and mooching off her while going to college... I am technically bound to her word as law.

I did get it started though, and if this is going to be going on next year the Hype will be treated to "A Hellboy Christmas." (Man it was going to be sooo good. At least... I think so. t

Ugh...My story is like half way done but its like pretty long, it was pretty cool too...it was going to be like Spider-man 1.5 (takes place btw SM1 an SM2)...I guess I'll just finish it up an post it on the forums later.
