For someone who says that it doesn't need to happen, you seem like you really want Jessica to sleep with Matt.

I think I can have both of those feelings at once. I mean yeah I want to see it, but I think it doesn't HAVE to happen. I'd be OK if with the show if it doesn't. Luke Cage is with Claire now, and Mike Colter is saying Claire is his girl.

For contrast, I'd be upset if Danny and Misty never get together.

I'm never the biggest fan when teammates share lovers with each other. Plus, I have no desire to see Jessica regulated towards being the group's bicycle where everyone gets a chance to have a ride on her.

Also, I don't think romantic relationships means the character is some sort of "village bicycle."

I mean if that's true, then wouldn't Janet be the biggest village bicycle around?

I think that Claire is going to bite it. Her death would be the most impactful and she's expendable, plus it sets up Luke and Jessica to get hitched and raise a daughter together.

Matt will stay with Karen.

Danny and Misty are going to be an item.

Frank is going to never fall in love again (well maybe with O'Brien or Rachel Cole when one of them debuts)

Colleen is going to be lonely forever like she is in the comics.

I don't think Claire will die so quickly. I also suspect Luke and Jessica aren't going to get married or have a kid in the shows anytime soon.

Karen didn't dump Matt. I am not even sure they were ever really a couple. In any case, whatever they had was over the minute Elektra showed up.

I wouldn't be shocked if Claire were ever killed but I certainly don't think she needs to die for Jessica and Luke to reunite. That will probably happen, either way.

Yeah she pretty clearly dumped him in episode 8. They had started dating around the fourth episode and they made it clear they were dating. Foggy even said they were dating. So yes, they were a couple. They just never did deed. It also wasn't over the minute Elektra showed up. It was over when she went over to his apartment after she got wounded by the Hand and saw him there with Elektra in his bed.

I don't thinks he's going to have to die for that to happen at some point. Who is to say Luke and Claire will ever reunite for good. Even in the comics they aren't together anymore.

Oh, it was over then, because Matt started to prioritize Elektra the very next episode. Funny you mention episode 8 because that's the same episode Matt opens up to Elektra, urging her to be with him and fight by his side.. and this was before Karen even showed up at his apartment. If they were a couple, then Matt was emotionally cheating and had already bailed on the relationship before Karen "dumped" him. And to be clear, I don't have strong feelings about those two either way but DD season 2 showed me why they are probably better off as friends.

Being that group of guys "bicycle" wouldn't be the worse thing in the world. Women like sex just as much as men do and those are some hot guys. If it was some guy working alongside three hot chics we'd consider him lucky and 'The Man' if he got to make his way though 3 women, so to speak. If this was real life he'd be a stud and she'd be looked at like a ****(pick your own degrading adjective for a "lose" woman)--sad in this day an age some things seem to never change.

But i say all that and still don't want her sleeping with the other guys, but not for the reason you imply. There's just better stories to explore and tell.

I'm okay with the couples being mixed up FOR NOW. If the end game is the comics and we end up getting to the relationships that help define these characters then I'm all for it. It's kinda fun leading up to things and seeing it play out-- now if Luke and Jessica and Misty and Danny don't ever end up having meaningful relationships and never get together that would be unacceptable.

That's not how prostitution works. You sleep with paying clients, not your friends.
