This is for those scenes, not really action, or even great one-liners, just a scene that is total, cool.

For example...
Chili Palmer (John Travolta) Gets His Jacket Back - Get Shorty

Logan sitting at the bar in First Class:woot:

When Ecto-1 fires up and roars into the streets of NYC and when Ray and Winston driving back to the firehouse in the mid morning talking about Jesus.

When Han walks out out the Catina "Sorry about the mess." Definition of cool. Trufax.

The lobby shootout in the Matrix.

The Terminator getting his clothes in T2.

Magneto taking out the Nazi's in the sweedish bar in Xmen First Class.

John McClaine pretty much throughout Die Hard (now I have a machine gun ho ho ho)

Blade wiping out the vampire rave in Blade.

Good ones. This is all about the swagger in these scenes. Some don't even need dialog.

Indy shoots the swordsman.

In Tombstone: Wyatt beats up bully playing cards.
Wyatt: You gonna do something, or you just gonna lay there and bleed?

Fully agreed with Magneto and the Nazis.

Furthermore
(Insert scene with Daniel Craig here)

Enough said.

Roads? Where we're going, we dont need
*flips down glasses*
roads.

Predator 2 - when the government guys think they have the drop on the Pred, but the Pred hears them, climbs into the rafters, and surveys the warehouse, while flipping through vision modes. And later on in the movie, the Pred throwing its disc, smashing the shotgun against the floor, and cracking its knuckles before going in for the kill of Danny Glover's character.

T2 - the T-1000 landing into the helicopter, "spilling" inside, and re-forming\

Alien 3 - the alien jumping out of the hot lead and exploding upon contact from water

The Thing (1982) - head falling off from body to form spider-head

LotR: FotR/TTT - intro'ing the Witch King (FotR), and the Minas Morgul "sky-beam" shot followed by the Witch King & his fell beast flying out and perching on the tower (TTT)

Inception - the sequential wake-ups as the van is falling, before it hits the water

The Dark Knight - Batman jumping off the skyscraper and flying into the office

Superman: The Movie - Supes walking through Luthor's trap tunnel, followed by the beatdown of the door, all the way to the line "Otis would you take the man's cape?" and Reeve's stare

Iron Man 1 - Iron Man selectively targeting the terrorists holding the victims

Iron Man 2 - RDJ putting on the suit from his briefcase, on the race track

X2 - Nightcrawler's bamf-ing in the opening attack

X:FC - the ending with Fassneto in full costume and his line "I prefer Magneto"

Spider-Man 1: the final swing onto the flag pole

TF1 - Bumblebee's first de-transformation in front of Sam (after beating up Barricade)

TF2 - Optimus' forest fight

TF3 - wing-suit sequence

JP2:TLW - raptor attack in the tall grass

Harmonica getting off the train at the start of Once Upon a Time in the West.

The scene in "Kagemusha" when the thief mimics there dead leader Shingen in front of his servants and it appears that he has been brought back to life.

Jack Sparrows' entrance in Curse of the Black Pearl

Didn't plan on watching it, but it happened to be on tv last night, reminded me that Daredevil has some cool moments.

So, i was just looking up at it now and again while typing up stuff and reading on these very boards, and i caught the end bit with the Kingpin...now, Daredevil did some bad things in the beginning of the film, but at the end he doesn't kill the kingpin...

Kingpin: 'Why?'

DD: 'I'm not the bad guy.'

Kingpin: 'I'm gonna get you...I'm gonna get you...I'm gonna get you...'

DD: 'Yeah, tell the guys at Rykers how you were beaten by a blind man.'

Well, I guess most round here won't agree, as it is a much malingned movie, but last night I certainly thought it was cool.

Sam Jackson's speech to Tim Roth at the end of Pulp Fiction

That is a good bit, but I think the coolest bit of PF is when Bruce Willis goes back to save Ving Rhames.

Far too many people bear grudges and hatred for their enemies, and don't care about anything but seeing them suffer no matter what, seeing someone put aside their differences for a greater good is why it's such a great moment.
