there was another 'Batman' on the Uk news a day or two ago, he got pulled over by the police for driving a car without licence plates, and he was dressed in a full on Batman suit. It was a sleek black car, so I think he was using it as a makeshift batmobile, and that was why it didn't have plates, so they let him away when they ascertained his real identity, he was on his way to do some visits to kids in hospital. They showed the footage of him being pulled over on the highway.

It says mine won't activate until the 28th. But I kinda hate it because I just created a new art/fan page for myself which used the timeline by default, and I liked having my personal account be the old format.

Does it say that when you first log in or go directly to you profile? Either way, I don't see anything for me.

I went to my profile and it was already in timeline format, but said that only I can see it. I think they are slowly mandating it because I know people who got converted months ago, whereas I was still waiting for them to come get me.
