Revenge of the Fallen The Fallen himself

The new design looks pretty good....I still like the G1 design better.

If I had to venture a guess, I would say, since the character is a jet and was on earth, I would assume it to be Jetfire, just a guess.

^Who, The Fallen? Him and Jetfire are totally different characters, in both the comics and the movie.

Far as I see it, if Megatron is the fallen..... He did take a pretty big fall.

^The Fallen has been confirmed as a seperate character, he was in the comics, and he is in the movie.

the head kind of reminds me of one of the Quintasson heads

I showed my brother a picture of the Fallen and told him he would be in Egypt. My brother made a comment that I think he is right about. He said he looked like Set.

Set or Seth is the Egyptian god of the desert and chaos. His head, like all Egyptian gods, is not human. However, his is of "an unknown animal." Possibly because it is not based on a known animal but instead is based off of a Cybertronian. Overall, this could mean that the Fallen may be connected to the Egyptian god Set. That would be kind of cool if this is true.

If you do not believe me about the similarities, type in Egyptian god Seth in Google and look for yourself. A god of chaos represented by the Fallen sounds like a good idea to me.

an alien transformer comes to earth. he is a god to the humans. then something happens.
and voila 2009

Chaos. Chaos and destruction. That is what will happen. And it will be awesome.

I did that Geekgirl and I'm not sure what pictures of the Fallen your using as examples.I say that because of all the Fallen pics I've seen, to say he looks like the Egyptian god Seth is hands down one of the biggest stretches I think I've heard...ever.Not trying to say that the whole 'god of chaos' theory wasn't possible inspiration for the film version...just that visually there not alike.

It is kind of a stretch, I'll admit, but he has this long, creepy face. Seth's pictures are a little vague anyway. Still the Fallen seems like a incarnation of chaos to me.

Besides, I said my younger brother was the one who came up the visual comparison. I'm just the one who saw the similar personalities. After all, in the Egyptian myth, Seth betrayed his own family. The Fallen betrays his fellow original 13 transformers.

Oh ok. It was the long kind of creepy face. I didn't really notice anything at first but I guess I can kind of see that. To me his head just looks like a typical Egyptian headdress.

It is very headdress-y, but it also has a slightly elongation to it. Seth is supposed to have the head of an "unknown" animal, but some have speculated it may be an aardvark because of the elongation. The Fallen face is longish, especially if you can find a side view. Still, I find their representative traits (Chaos, evil, ect.) to be a closer similarity.

I like where you are going with this connection Geekgirl, there is definitely a couple of variables that would make it believable that a Transformer was an Egyptian god, in particular Seth. If they do go with this it will help creating more of a connection between Earth and the TF's then just the randomness of the Allspark falling on Earth.

All we gotta do now is hope that The Fallen will be in the movie for more than 25 minutes and kick everyones ass while doing it.

Megatron was great in the first movie, but as the big baddie, he failed me.

Someone was asking in another thread how tall the fallen is.
I read up on the average size of the blocks of the great pyramid. It said that they are 5'wide X 5' High X 6' Deep
So if this pic has any accuracy. That would make this guy around 45-50' tall.

Big, destructive, and dangerous. Sounds like the Fallen is going to be awesome.
