I agree but I would still have a MITB match atleast once at WM.

While the MITB PPV has been fun it's overkill when they have two briefcases to worry about when they have enough trouble with one. Having the MITB match at WM is a great showcase match that gets many talents a spot on the card that would otherwise get relegated to a multiman tag match or battle royal.

This is true.

You know what they could do at if they ever did bring KOTR. If they brought it back it needs to mean something if winning the RR gives you a shot at WM what if winning KOTR gives you a shot at SUmmerslam. It would be interesting and it would push new stars.

Yup. I still question why they gave KOTR to Billy Gunn as he really didn't amount to much.

That would be a great way to force there hand on new talents, while sure some wouldn't get over the hump others will shine who would of likely never gotten the chance on such a large stage.

just finished watching lockdown, i thought tna might've put a little effort into it seeing how it was a ppv instead of a renamed episode of impact

ended up being another half assed piece of garbage

Haven't read or seen anything of TNA since 2006, sadly it sounds like it's business as usual.

WWE's whole mindset with MITB is stupid. At least with KOTR a guy has to win several matches so it makes them at least look clever if they cheat their way through. From a conceptual perspective KOTR makes it necessary to book a guy to win consistently. With MITB you win one match and you're set. A KOTR winner has to do a lot more than a MITB winner.

What makes their handling of MITB winners even worse is they often have the winners go on a long losing streak for a while before they finally cash in. Off the top of my head Bryan, Sandow, and Ziggler have all fallen victim to this crappy booking method that gets nobody anywhere. Literally no one can look good from that type of shoddy booking. So what if the person cashes in and wins, they still have looked like a joke for the last few months. Now instead of a solid title reign to help reestablish themselves they have a small run that barely gets the gears going on their momentum.

Same goes for the their handling of Sheamus after he won the KOTR a few years back, after he won he went on a losing streak that the announcers attributed to some type of KOTR curse. No matter how good a concept is to get people over it's meaningless if it's not properly prepped going in and properly delivered following execution.

That's not a smart move. WWE isn't going to want a big four show headlined by a new guy every single year. That's why I'd move KOTR to September and have the winner face the champion in October, which would give us something good during that period.

Sure why not lets have another match between Christian and Sheamus? Jeezus how many times are these guys going to wrestle each other?

They're going to try and tie Sheamus' record with Del Rio.

Starting off with Hollywood again? Good, I don't like waiting for my Red & Yellow fix.

I believe he got in trouble with some people backstage after he won it. decided to kill his push....I think.
