Because SOMEONE got all prickly on me in the Lounge.....

My wife (Jewish) has Xmas tree envy. When she was growing up, they never had trees and she was always jealous that everyone else had one but her because she liked the shiny lights and so forth.

Sooooooooo, every, single year we have to have a tree that is like 12' tall +. Basically, the biggest one we can find. All the decorations aren't on it, but you get the idea.

Of course she has to celebrate Hanukkah also.......she's an expensive item......Her superpower is that she can walk into any store in the world and, in under 5 minutes, find the most expensive item they carry. When I told her that, her response was "I have good taste except in husbands".

GD thing probably weighs 200 pounds. Personally, I wouldn't even get one.....maybe a reasonable one. It would just depend on my mood I think.
