Who I would cast is entirely dependent on how big of a role Firefly plays in this trilogy. If it's a really small role and he's never outside the suit, just get an imposing stunt double and a solid voice-over actor to dub the dialogue (kinda like Darth Vader). No need to pay for A-listers if you don't have to.
